    This is J L Johnson Bridals new Online Ordering Platform. It offers you, our Retail Partners, a way to browse our styles and place orders online, simlar to how you use most other online stores.
  • Who can use this site?
    J L Johnson is a wholesale manufacturer so we only sell to our Retail Partners. As such, this site was built to only accept orders from our Retail Partners who have created accounts on this site.
  • What is the difference between this site, jljveilsstore.com, and jljohnsonbridals.com?
    Our other website, jljohnsonbridals.com, is our primary public facing site and was built to display our bestselling headpieces, veils, and jewelry to our retail partners as well as brides. This site does not replace jljohnsonbridals.com so please feel free to continue to browse our styles there and point brides to it to see our latest and most popular offerings.
  • Why do you call this site an "Online Ordering Platform?""
    This site looks and functions simlarly to most online stores. However, unlike most online stores, this site only allows you to browse and submit orders. It does not allow you to submit payment or process payments for those orders.
  • How do I pay for my order?
    This site only allows you to place and submit orders to J L Johnson Bridals. It does not accept or process payment for those orders. To pay for your order, your business must already have an account with J L Johnson Bridals and established payment terms for your account. Typically, payment terms can include an on-file credit card, or negotiated credit terms. If you have questions about payment or if you are a retailer interested in purchasing or learning more about J L Johnson's styles, please contact us at jljohnsonbridals@gmail.com or call us at 800-378-4431. We will be happy to help you!
  • Why am I required to log in to view the Headpieces, Veils, or Jewelry & Bellts pages?"
    This site is only for use by our retail partners so to keep private individuals from accessing or placing orders, we have limited access to the site to those with a J L Johnson Bridals Online Ordering Platform account. When you visit this site, please click the "Log In" button in the top right of the page to log into your account to browse our styles, add them to your Cart, and Checkout.
  • How do I create an account?
    To create an account, go to the Log In screen by clicking the "Log In" button in the top right of the page menu bar. Alternatively, you will be prompted to log in or create an account when clicking on any of the product pages. To create an account from the "Log In" prompt screen, click the words "Sign Up" and you will be taken to the Sign Up page. On the Sign Up page, you will be required to input your business/company name, email, and a password of your choice. We also suggest you input your Store ID too, which can be found on any invoice we have sent you in the past. Once you Sign Up for an account, your account will be created pending approval by the J L Johnson Bridal site manager. This extra layer of security was added to limit site access to only our Retail Partners. Once approval is given, your account will be created.
  • How do I log in to my account?
    You can log into your account by clicking on the "Log In" button in the top right of the page menu bar. You will also be prompted to log in to your account when trying to access any of our product pages. Once your account has been created and approved by our site manager, you can log in to your account using the email and password you used when setting up the account.
  • What do I do if I forgot my password?
    If you forget your password, you can create a new one by going to the site "Log In" page and clicking on the "Forgot Password?" button. A link to reset your account password will then be sent to your email address.   • Can I create more than one account for my business?
    We strongly encourage each of our retail partners to only set up ONE account to be used when placing orders on the J L Johnson Bridals Online Ordering Platform. This one account limit ensures greater ease of use and accuracy when fulfilling your orders and will greatly help us give you the best possible service.
  • Why does my order always have a $17 shipping charge?
    The $17 shipping charge you see on your order is an estimate. The exact amount you will be charged to ship your order will vary based on the full contents of your order and your shipping address. J L Johnson Bridals always tries to ship orders to our retailers as efficiently and economically as possible. As such, the size of our shipped packages can vary based on the contents of your order and your store's address. Also, because many of our products can be delicate, certain provisions sometimes have to be made to ensure your order arrives as you expect. J L Johnson Bridals will confirm your exact shipping charge upon completing your order.
  • Does J L Johnson Bridals accept Customized Special Orders?
    Yes! We will gladly work with you on a customized or special order to meet your customers' needs. To ensure accuracy on custom special orders, please call us directly at 800-378-4431. Also, please remember that custom special orders are not returnable and the price may vary from the listed price depending on the details of the order.
  • What do I do if I haven't previously purchased from J L Johnson Bridals but would like to?

  • Is something on this site missing or not working as you expect?
